Official Service for Residents

Tool provided by the Homeowners Association for all community residents at no cost, with premium visibility options available at an additional cost. The Homeowners Association does NOT market properties, does not profit from listings, and does not participate in transactions. This is an outreach service provided as part of resident benefits.

Third-Party Operation

The service is operated by an external provider. Any paid fees are allocated exclusively to portal technical maintenance, servers, and mass promotion efforts.

Distribution Consent

The owner agrees to share data with potential clients and authorizes publication on social media, search engines, and bulk email campaigns.

Fee Independence

Any payment is optional for marketing purposes and does not cover or replace regular Association maintenance fees.

Editorial Review

All content and photographs will be reviewed and edited by our expert team before final publication to ensure portal quality.

Yexthó Exclusivity

Only legitimate owners can publish. Properties or services outside Residencial Hacienda Yexthó are not accepted.
